What types of data are you looking for?
We’re primarily interested in the working data created during professional creative work.
Depending on the field, that can include project files, timelines, tracks, layers, source materials, revisions, models, settings, assets, intermediate versions, and other working files.
Why is workflow data valuable?
Finished content captures the result of creative work.
Workflow data contains the structure behind the process, making it useful for developing AI that can work within professional creative tools and workflows.
What kind of AI can this data help build?
AI that works within the tools and processes you already use.
That can mean new ways to automate repetitive work, move through complex projects faster, iterate more efficiently, and use AI while keeping control over how you create.
Do I need to upload files to see if I qualify?
No.
To get started, we only need your contact details, a link to your work, and a few answers about it, like the software you use and roughly how many project files you have.
How much can I get paid?
Compensation depends on the amount, quality, uniqueness, structure, rights, and usefulness of the data you have.
Each opportunity is evaluated individually, and your compensation is agreed before any data is transferred.
Do I keep ownership of my work?
Yes, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The agreement defines exactly what rights are being licensed and how the data may be used.
Can I exclude certain projects or files?
Yes.
The data included in a transaction is defined with you in advance. Client work, confidential information, third-party materials, or other restricted data can be excluded where appropriate.
What if my work contains client or third-party material?
That does not necessarily disqualify you.
We’ll identify relevant ownership, confidentiality, and third-party restrictions and determine what can appropriately be included.
How is my data protected?
No files are required during the initial evaluation.
Before any data is transferred, the applicable permitted uses, confidentiality requirements, security requirements, and other terms are defined in the agreement.
What happens if there’s a fit?
We’ll learn more about the data you have and determine what may qualify.
If we move forward, we’ll agree on the data involved, licensing rights, compensation, and other transaction requirements before anything is transferred.
