Ozza Referral Partner Terms

Referral Program

Ozza’s referral program allows referral partners to introduce artists to Ozza using a personalized referral link.

Referral Attribution

A referral is attributed to a referral partner when an artist submits an Ozza Estimate form using that partner’s valid referral link, provided it is the first time that artist has submitted an Estimate.

Referral Compensation

For a qualifying referral, the referral partner will earn an amount equal to 20% of the transaction value paid to Ozza in connection with the referred artist’s qualifying licensing transaction.

Referral compensation is earned upon completion of the qualifying transaction.

Qualifying Referral

A referral qualifies for compensation when:

• the artist submitted an Estimate using the referral partner’s valid referral link;
• the referral is not a self-referral;
• the resulting opportunity leads to a completed commercial licensing transaction involving the referred artist; and
• Ozza receives payment in connection with that transaction.

Payment

Referral compensation becomes payable upon completion of the qualifying transaction and Ozza’s receipt of the applicable transaction payment.

Ozza will contact the referral partner using the email address provided when the referral link was created to arrange payment.

No payment method or payment account is required when creating a referral link.

Self-Referrals

Referral partners are not eligible to earn compensation for referring themselves.

$250–$1,000+ References

References to referral partners being able to earn $250–$1,000+ per successful artist introduction describe potential earnings under the referral program and do not constitute a guaranteed minimum payment. Actual compensation is determined by the 20% referral compensation described above.

Invalid or Abusive Referrals

Ozza may disqualify referrals involving fraud, manipulation, false information, or other abuse of the referral program.

Program Changes

Ozza may modify or discontinue the referral program prospectively. Any referral compensation already earned from a completed qualifying transaction remains payable under the terms applicable to that referral.
